We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Production Operative to join our team in Basingstoke. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for storing raw materials, operating machinery (including band saws, forklifts, side loaders, and overhead cranes), cutting and processing materials, packing products to exact customer specifications, and preparing shipments. You’ll work closely with the team to plan workloads, fulfil work orders, and meet key performance targets such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. A strong attention to detail, commitment to health & safety (including 5S standards), and a willingness to learn new skills are essential. Previous experience in the steel stockholding/distribution industry would be ideal. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Plan and co-ordinate, in conjunction with the team to ensure all customer orders are met in a timely efficient manner.
• Maintain relevant paperwork for traceability purposes.
• Strive to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Carry out random quality and inventory checks.
• Package all products prior to dispatch or delivery.
