Warehouse & Production Supervisor (Manufacturing) Role may be titled Production Manager depending on experience 📍 Mt Wellington, Auckland 💼 Full-time FMI Building Innovation is seeking a hands-on operational leader to support the day-to-day running of our Accessories division in Mt Wellington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the operation — leading people, coordinating workflow and keeping production and dispatch running smoothly. You will work closely with the Head of Accessories while supporting a team of around 26 team members across warehouse, dispatch and production functions. Depending on experience, the role may be positioned as either a Warehouse & Production Supervisor or Production Manager, however the focus remains on practical leadership and operational coordination rather than corporate management. About the Role This position plays an important role in ensuring our warehouse, dispatch and production activities operate safely, efficiently and on schedule. You will spend a large portion of your time on the floor supporting the team, coordinating work priorities and ensuring customer orders move smoothly through the operation. Dispatch coordination is a key part of the role, ensuring products are packed, loaded and delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities • Leading and supporting teams across warehouse, dispatch and production • Coordinating daily workloads and operational priorities • Ensuring safe and efficient dispatch operations • Supporting team leaders and developing staff capability • Maintaining quality and operational standards • Identifying practical improvements to workflow and processes About You You will likely currently be working in a role such as: • Warehouse Supervisor • Production Supervisor • Dispatch Supervisor • Manufacturing Team Leader You are someone who enjoys supporting a team, solving operational challenges and keeping things moving in a busy manufacturing environment.
