Description

North Cork Electrical is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Purchasing Supervisor to join our growing team. This is not a short-term role — we are looking for someone who is ready to commit long-term and grow with us.
The ideal candidate will have experience in stock control and purchasing, along with a strong sense of organisation and reliability. A knowledge of electrical materials is preferred, as you’ll be working closely with our team to ensure the right products and parts are always on hand.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, stock control, or purchasing.
  • Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using stock or purchasing software.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Electrical materials knowledge is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is an advantage (not required).
  • Willingness to be part of a long-term team and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving goods, managing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are correctly stored and tracked.
  • Purchase stock and materials based on project needs and inventory levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and best pricing.
  • Work closely with electricians and project teams to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Support the company in streamlining systems and improving efficiency.
