Overview The Warehouse Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance to the area Supervisor(s) by supporting inventory inspections, quality control, file maintenance, and safety standards. This position will be responsible for identifying process improvements and help to develop sustainable solutions. Responsibilities/Qualifications Warehouse Quality Coordinator key responsibilities include: Coordinating the administration of the quality program under the direction of the Quality Supervisor. Serving on cross-functional teams to support the Distribution and Inventory Departments. Coordinating and assisting in inbound and outbound inspections. Coordinating and assisting in preparing inspection reports and maintaining files of inspection documents. Reviewing inspection records received from suppliers for compliance. Preparing and coordinating Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) for nonconforming product. Preparing and coordinating Corrective Action Request (CAR) and Preventative Action Request (PAR) documentation issuance, review and follow-up. Developing FMEA documentation to support a quality distribution network. Complying with all OSHA, federal, and state policies that optimizes safety within the facility. Performing other work-related tasks as assigned. Warehouse Quality Coordinator requirements include: A High School Diploma or GED. Associates/Bachelor’s degree desired. Possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory management or quality experience. Understanding of ERP/MRP and/or WMS, specifically Manhattan WMOS experience, preferred. SAP, Oracle, or Red Prairie would be suitable variations. Possessing excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive while under tight deadlines and pressure all while maintain attention to detail and quality.
