You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers. Your typical shift will be Friday – Sunday, 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM. How you create impact Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends Make recommendations for improvements Provide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); and resolve process inefficiencies Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly Participate in quality meetings and review meeting minutes Maintain Quality Management System Other duties as assigned What we would like you to bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role 2 or more years in a supervisory role in a warehousing environment Experience in a warehouse environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Knowledgeable of ISO9001/13845/14001 standards Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies What's in it for you There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
