Job Description As a Warehouse Receiver, you will be entrusted with the following critical responsibilities: Meticulously receive and inspect all incoming products to ensure quality control and accuracy Efficiently load and unload trucks, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures Conduct thorough comparisons of item quality and descriptions against packing slips to maintain inventory integrity Utilize advanced computer systems to cross-reference supplier products with our internal inventory numbers, ensuring precise record-keeping Systematically stock products in their designated locations, optimizing warehouse organization and accessibility Assign appropriate locations for new products, adhering to established warehouse management principles Execute picking and packaging of products in strict accordance with sales order specifications Process Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) into the system with utmost attention to detail, and diligently follow up on any unassigned RGA numbers with the appropriate personnel Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and shipping areas Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational excellence Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Receiver position must possess the following qualifications: High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent educational certification Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse environment Demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation, with current certification preferred Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Windows applications; SAP experience is highly advantageous Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment Exemplary work ethic characterized by self-motivation, punctuality, versatility, and a consistently positive attitude Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with superior organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards of performance Candidates who meet these stringent qualifications are encouraged to apply for this critical role within our organization.
