About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This is a key role responsible for managing the flow of goods, from receiving and inspecting shipments to loading/unloading trucks, picking customer orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in keeping things organized, and contribute to the efficiency of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities * Receive and unload incoming shipments from trucks. * Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and potential damage. * Record and log goods into the inventory system. * Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. * Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and orderly workspace. * Assist with stocktaking and inventory checks as needed. * Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe work environment. * Report discrepancies or damaged goods to management. * Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (experience required). Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous warehouse, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred (not required). * Forklift experience required. * Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
