Warehouse Receiving Associate - Tier 1 Title: Receiving Associate Department: Warehouse and Distribution Reports to: Receiving Team Lead, Inbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes. Compensation: $19.50/hr Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm This is a receiving specialist position, receiving inbound inventory and binning it to the warehouse floor. This is the first step in the warehouse process and attention to detail is imperative. Job Duties: Unloading packages from carriers Counting and sorting inventory upon arrival Receiving inventory with RF scanner Reconcile inventory with packing slips Report on reconciliations KPI Metric Met (weekly) Preferred Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail Excellent time management Self-starter Good with spatial awareness Dependable and Reliable Ability to work within a Team Critical thinking, with the ability to solve problems on the go Ability lift up to 50lbs on an infrequent basis Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift Forklift certified Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Ability to read and write English Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis Ability to stand continually for an 8 hour shift This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
