RECEIVING CLERK (VANCOUVER, BC)

The Receiver oversees the receipt, verification, and stocking of incoming materials, as well as inventory control.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma is required.
• Strong math, organizational, and computer skills are required.
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
  Starting at $18.50/hour + bonus opportunity + supplemental health benefits + 2 weeks paid vacation.

• Review purchase orders and match received items to those that were ordered, note any discrepancies, document items received, and update the inventory database (SAP).
• Ensure that all incoming items are properly tagged, labeled, and stored safely within the warehouse.
• Inspect freight upon arrival, and document any signs of damage or shortages.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to safely move inventory to proper bin locations.
• Complete inventory transactions to receive, assign location, and issue inventory as required.
• Other warehouse duties as required.
