Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills for professional advancement and growth of the company. * Assist the receiver by transporting accepted products to designated storage locations. * Ensure accurate placement of received goods in accordance with warehouse organization and storage procedures. * Handle products with care to prevent damage or contamination. * Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed. * Maintain clear and organized storage areas to optimize efficiency and accessibility. * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling perishable and non-perishable items. * Communicate with receivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate put-away of inventory. * Assist in keeping the receiving dock clear and organized by promptly moving accepted shipments. * Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with received products to the receiver or supervisor. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma/ GED * Basic reading, writing and math skills. * Computer knowledge with ability to adapt to warehouse software programs. * Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Proper lifting procedures must be followed. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Comfortable with machinery reaching heights of 25 ft * Ability to perform duties in freezer and coolers. Preferred Qualifications * 1-2 Years Warehouse Experience Salary: $17.00- $19.00/ Hour Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM Physical Demands: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by a Warehouse Receiving Runner to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
