SUMMARY

U-turn is a leading organisation in developing pathways out of homelessness. We are looking for a Warehouse & Retail Supervisor to join our Warehouse team in Tygerberg from 1 May 2025. This is a full-time position and will initially be offered as a one-year contract.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 3 - 5 years in a warehouse environment or similar logistics role is essential.
• Must have a good understanding and experience in logistics and distribution coordination
• Strong understanding and experience in logistics, distribution coordination, and stock management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, particularly those with diverse backgrounds, such as individuals who have experienced homelessness.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience managing customer inquiries via Messenger and other online platforms.
• Ability to manage inventory systems and perform stock audits.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
