Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Efficiently scan items from orders that are returned back to the DC. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment Responsible for getting items back to correct slots in aisles Tag or mark boxes as requested Meet company standards for productivity Making sure items with warranty tags get back to the manufacture Keep a daily log of returned orders OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily product/technical nature lifting/moving up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
