We are a leading eCommerce fulfilment solutions business, our headquarters are in Christchurch, and we have a new state-of-the-art office space near Bournemouth Airport. Due to the onboarding of a specialist client, we now have the opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Reworks Operative to join our team who at our site in Hurn.

Successful Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS ONSITE ONLY, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30 A.M. TO 5.30 P.M.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including stock picking, order processing, dispatch, and maintaining stock accuracy, while adhering to health and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as part of a team to ensure all operational SLAs are achieved
  • Picking stock using the latest handheld scanners
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently in line with specific customer requirements
  • Dispatching orders to specific requirements
  • Maintaining stock accuracy
  • On occasion loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe operation of equipment and machinery
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace and environment
  • Complying with the Company’s processes and procedures
  • Completion of regular compliance checks against required guidelines – Must be able to identify issues and anomalies.
  • Accurate data entry
  • Daily, weekly and “end of rework project” reporting
  • Must be competent with VMI labelling (training given)
