A sales co-worker at IKEA helps customers, choose the right products, maintains the sales area, and collaborates with team members to ensure a great shopping experience.
Responsibilities
You provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
You are constantly motivated by the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
You support enhancing sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
