We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Sales Assistant to support warehouse operations and sales activities. This role combines inventory handling with customer interaction, ensuring that products are stored, prepared, and dispatched efficiently while providing excellent sales support to customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or logistics is a plus.
• 2-5 years experience in warehouse operations, retail, or sales support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).

WAREHOUSE DUTIES

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for dispatch according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems.
• Assist in stock counts and cycle checks.

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES

• Prepare product quotations, order forms, and invoices.
• Boost warehouse sales by conducting visits and meetings.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
