Warehouse Senior Lead – Product Movement The Product Movement (PDMV) Senior Lead plays a key role in executing daily warehouse operations and leading team members in the efficient movement, storage, and replenishment of product. This role is responsible for ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining high engagement and quality standards. The Senior Lead acts as a hands-on leader, providing guidance, coaching, and support to both full-time and seasonal employees, while serving as a backup to the PDMV Manager as needed. Performance will be reviewed annually against established metrics and KPIs to support growth, development, and continued success in the role. Job Duties Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times. Lead daily operational execution, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and within SLA. Train and coach employees on the safe operation of PIT and other warehouse equipment. Reinforce safety and quality standards through observation, feedback, and corrective coaching. Communicate priorities, updates, and performance expectations clearly across teams. Troubleshoot workflow or system issues; escalate and resolve operational barriers quickly. Monitor performance metrics and drive accountability to departmental goals. Drive inventory accuracy through proper product handling and location management; perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and drive continuous improvement. Support process improvements, SOP adherence, and training programs. Partner with the Department Manager on labor planning, cross-training, and workflow optimization. Lead by example in all safety practices, actively participating in front-line initiatives and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to reinforce a strong culture of safety awareness. Participate in operational meetings and provide updates on performance, staffing, and process improvement opportunities. Perform functions of hourly team members and leads when necessary. Serve as acting Department Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations. Previous warehouse and/or administrative experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems (WMS). Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift to 35 lbs. and work extended periods on the warehouse floor. Able to work Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with flexibility for irregular hours, as needed.
