Job Introduction
We are now recruiting for Shift Managers join the Warehouse Operations team at our Liverpool Distribution Centre, based in Axis Business Park.
Our distribution centres are some of the most technologically advanced in Europe, and we are looking for high calibre individuals to manage and lead the operations to support our sales in an expanding network.
As a Shift Manager, you will lead and manage your Section Manager team to ensure we achieve our safety standards, warehouse performance objectives, and operational targets. You will prioritise work to ensure our stores have the right products at the right time for our customers.
In this role, you will agree on short-term and annual operational plans with the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you thrive on driving performance, creating a positive work culture, and engaging your team, this is the opportunity for you.

Minimum Criteria To Apply

• Extensive experience in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Proven leadership skills, managing multiple teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and compliance.
• Experience in managing change and business improvement initiatives.
• Ability to communicate, motivate, and develop talent.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
