  Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving Clerk Purpose: * Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving Clerk to support the Production and Test Department in Fredericksburg, VA. * This position supports warehouse operations, inventory control, government property, shipping/receiving, and logistics functions in support of DoD programs. Job Description: * Follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure quality, compliance, and cost control. * Receive, inspect, inventory, store, issue, and ship materials, equipment, and government property. * Maintain inventory records, material tracking, and warehouse documentation. * Support provisioning, spares, and maintenance/repair logistics activities for DoD programs using established procedures. * Review basic contractual documents, technical data, and customer requirements to support provisioning and logistics planning. * Support documentation of contractual commitments, customer specifications, and logistics requirements. * Assist in developing logistics and distribution plans to support program requirements. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with material planning to meet delivery schedules. * Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. * Support packaging, handling, storage, and transportation activities (FedEx, UPS, Freight). * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Qualifications: * Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of related warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience. * Must have experience receiving, issuing, and tracking inventory and materials. * Must have a Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe products. * Must have the ability to work in a warehouse and production environment. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP system, preferred. * Government property or DoD logistics experience preferred. * Experience with government property management systems, preferred. * Experience with Export Control and associated documentation, preferred. * Experience supporting DoD or government contracts, preferred. * Experience with inventory control, material tracking, and logistics documentation, preferred. Security Requirements: * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Travel Requirements: * Occasional travel-less than 10%. * If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and move objects by force of at least 50 lbs. Ability to carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes up and down stairs. * Shop and warehouse environment. Some office work possible. Possible exposure to fumes and irritants including welding/burning smoke, paints, oils, greases and various cleaning solutions and solvents. * Repetitive motion, Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Picking and Grasping. * Ability to operate portable power tools.
