Laguna Clay Company is a Distribution and Manufacturing warehouse seeking a dedicated and reliable employee for our Oviedo, FL location.

• Prints shipping labels based on established workflows (Common Carrier & LTL)
• Prepares shipping and receiving documentation; maintains orderly files
• Processes shipping transactions and paperwork
• Assists in responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments and cycle counts
• Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area
• Performs required administrative tasks
• ERP System experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Capable of lifting 50lbs
• One to two years related experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Flexibility and a willingness to work with changing priorities
• Attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet timetables
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
