Warehouse Hourly Production A Shift - 6:00a-2:30p (hours may vary depending on business need) B Shift Shipping - 2:00p-10:30p (hours may vary depending on business need) B Shift Material Handling - 4pm - 2:00a (hours may vary depending on business need) $1.00 shift differential for B and C shift *Communicate with Recruiting to discuss current openings* EXPERIENCE: Prior warehouse experience is beneficial. * The Stack Off supports the production coming off the floor after being manifested. This occurs inside the finished goods warehouses on the stack off lines by following the established stack patterns currently designed to maximize warehouse capacity. The stack off personnel is expected to follow all safety guidelines, policies & requirements to ensure safe and efficient operations occur. * The Forklift Operator, Box Loader & Combo Loader is responsible for operating a forklift, pallet jack (and all attachments associated - i.e. slip sheet, clamp, etc.) to move, locate, relocate, pick, stage, count, load & unload finish goods (both consumable & non-consumable materials) in and around all warehouses & trailers. These operators are expected to follow all safety guidelines, policies & requirements to ensure safe and efficient operations take place. Completing & receiving the required certifications for operating the Powered Industrial Equipment needed is mandatory for retaining position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Safety accountability through job knowledge & training * Safety accountability through efficient operation of powered industrial equipment resulted from training * Timely Shipments by meeting/exceeding company standards as defined & trained * Inventory management through identifying & effectively handling all variances as trained * Flexibility in daily routine & workload * Constant communications with all staff, either inner departmental or external * Customer Service/Market Knowledge and a sense of urgency * Continuous improvements through generation of ideas * Team environment and able to work with others ENVIRONMENT: Cold, proper PPE required LIFTING: Up to 50-75lbs frequently
