The 2nd Shift Shipping Supervisor will increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by overseeing the safe, accurate, and timely processing of outgoing shipments during evening operations. This role directly manages the shipping team to ensure all orders are correctly staged, packed, and dispatched in alignment with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations before the close of daily operations. Requirements Minimum Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping-related position Basic computer proficiency (ERP systems, shipping software, email) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead, train, and supervise a small team Preferred Experience Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or shipping role Experience in plumbing supply, construction, or related distribution industry Familiarity with freight carriers, shipping platforms, and route scheduling Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
