If you’re looking for a career to grow and excel, apply now! Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to lead our LTL Shipping team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating LTL shipping processes, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, distribution warehouse environments, logistics, shipping, and team leadership. This individual will supervise warehouse associates, material handlers, and forklift operators while driving productivity and ensuring on-time customer shipments. Essential Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse and shipping operations within the LTL department Lead and support a team of warehouse shipping associates Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely shipments Verify order quantities, specifications, and product quality before shipment Coordinate equipment packaging, crating, and LTL shipping Train employees on safety, quality standards, and warehouse procedures Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, power tools, and material handling equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution warehouse Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines Support shipping and receiving duties as needed Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, team lead, or in a leadership role within a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment (preferred) Experience with shipping and receiving, LTL shipping, inventory control, and warehouse operations Experience operating a sit-down forklift and other material handling equipment Ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates and shipping personnel Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient with basic computer systems, shipping documentation, and inventory tracking Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
