***This position is located at 283 Ship Canal Parkway in Buffalo** Job purpose The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and technology‑enabled warehouse operations. This position goes beyond traditional warehouse or forklift work—requiring strong problem‑solving skills, comfort with digital tools, and the flexibility to shift between tasks as operational needs evolve. The ideal candidate is curious, tech‑savvy, and motivated to help improve warehouse processes and performance. Duties and responsibilities * Execute all inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, order picking, and staging. * Operate forklifts and powered equipment safely and efficiently while using RF scanners and digital tools to complete tasks. * Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft applications to track, update, and maintain accurate inventory levels. * Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, workflow bottlenecks, and equipment or scanning issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support process improvements, special projects, and evolving production or logistics needs. * Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA standards, and internal quality and safety protocols. * Maintain a clean, organized, and audit‑ready warehouse environment. * Support operational priorities by shifting between tasks and work areas as needed in a fast‑paced environment. * Perform additional flexible duties as assigned. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * Minimum 1-year of forklift certification, required. 2-4 years forklift experience, preferred. * 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations is extremely helpful for this role. * Strong familiarity with warehouse technology including WMS platforms, RF scanners, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Proven ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in real time. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Basic math skills. Safety Requirements * Must wear safety boots/shoes. * Must wear safety vest. Physical requirements * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
