The job
The Warehouse Specialist position at AGC Biologics is not a typical warehouse job. You will be working in a GMP environment where strict quality standards must be met.
Your daily tasks will include working in a Class D cleanroom, picking goods for production, and conducting inventory counts. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning equipment and completing documentation to ensure compliance with our procedures.
This is a day-shift position with working hours from 08:00–16:00. Every four weeks, you will have one working weekend with shifts from either 06:00–14:00 or 08:00–16:00. The average weekly working time is 37 hours over a four-week period.
The team & Department
The team consists of 14 employees and a team leader, with a strong sense of togetherness. We value mutual respect and recognize each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
Flexibility is essential, you will support your colleagues as needed, whether in the warehouse or goods receipt. Since we operate 365 days a year, some work on public holidays is required.

• You have a strong attention to detail and work thoroughly.
• You have a proactive “go-do” attitude and don’t need others to prompt you for routine tasks.
• You are physically fit and stay active, as heavy lifting is part of the job.
• You have basic Microsoft Office skills and are open to learning new systems.
• You are service-minded, patient, and happy to assist others.
• You have a strong work ethic—motivated, proactive, and a good team player.
• A forklift license is a plus but not a requirement.
• You can read Danish and/or English and write legibly. All our procedures and documents are in English.
