About This Role SpartanX is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support inventory management, material distribution, and field operations across active markets. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, preparing daily job materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring field teams have the materials needed to complete projects successfully. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and capable of balancing warehouse responsibilities with occasional field support activities. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in keeping operations running efficiently and supporting installation, service, and inspection teams. What You'll Do Warehouse Operations Prepare and stage daily material orders for installation and service crews Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Track inventory levels and notify management when materials need replenishment Maintain accurate records of materials issued to crews and projects Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Field Support Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites as needed Pick up and return materials from suppliers and vendors Support field operations by ensuring crews have the resources needed to stay productive Assist with emergency material requests and operational needs Flex Responsibilities Depending on workload and operational needs, this position may also assist with: Sitting residential solar inspections Performing residential solar site surveys Delivering parts and materials to installation, service, and electrical crews Supporting operational teams with field coordination activities Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, construction, or solar experience required Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and mobile applications Strong attention to detail and accountability Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday Professional communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required Reliable transportation required Preferred Qualifications Previous solar industry experience Forklift experience Construction material management experience Site survey or inspection experience Experience supporting field operations teams What We Offer $19.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing solar company Team-focused culture built on accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence Opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of solar operations Ongoing training and development opportunities Why SpartanX?
