The job responsibility includes insulating sections, cutting and coning springs, some fabrication, and pulling/fulfilling orders. In addition, this role develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors and customers.  Essential Functions  The scope of responsibilities for this role includes receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise, materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard to fill shelves, racks, tables, or customers' orders. May operate power equipment to fill orders which are outlined below. Other job duties may be assigned, as identified.  Job Responsibilities * Insulated sections * Build hardware packs * Cut and cone springs * Unload trucks * Fill orders * Help customers load  * Maintain a clean shop * Build high lift and roof pitch * Maintain a safe working environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * (S) Customer Service Skills. * (A) Ability to identify and resolve problems. * Forklift certification  Supervisory Responsibilities  * This position has no supervisory responsibilities.  Work Environment and Physical Demands  * In office and warehouse environment. * Long periods of standing and moving within a warehouse environment. * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Education and Experience  * An associate's or bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
