POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse, inventory, and operational functions across Easton Select Group. This hands-on position is responsible for inventory receiving, material distribution, warehouse organization, facility support, and assisting field teams with equipment, tools, and operational logistics. This role helps ensure technicians, construction crews, retail teams, and operational staff have the materials and equipment needed to support daily operations. The Warehouse Specialist also assists with property upkeep, inventory organization, vehicle coordination, and general warehouse maintenance to help maintain an efficient and safe working environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY SUPPORT * Open warehouse operations daily and support distribution of tools, supplies, and equipment to field teams * Pull materials and equipment for scheduled jobs and operational needs * Receive incoming shipments and verify packing slips and quantities * Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations * Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory organization initiatives * Notify Purchasing or Operations teams of low stock levels or inventory discrepancies * Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials using forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed DISTRIBUTION & LOGISTICS * Deliver tools, inventory, and supplies to job sites and operational locations as needed * Transfer inventory between warehouse, retail, and operational locations * Support technicians and crews with operational readiness and material staging * Maintain accurate transfer paperwork and operational documentation WAREHOUSE & FACILITY MAINTENANCE * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment * Assist with warehouse organization, cleanup, and general building upkeep * Support seasonal property maintenance including trash removal, snow removal, and grounds maintenance * Perform basic facility maintenance tasks and report larger maintenance issues to management * Assist with organization and maintenance of tools, equipment, and operational supplies VEHICLE & EQUIPMENT SUPPORT * Assist with vehicle coordination including inspections, registrations, and maintenance scheduling * Transport company vehicles for maintenance, inspections, or operational needs * Identify and report vehicle or equipment issues requiring attention * Help maintain operational readiness of warehouse equipment and vehicles OPERATIONAL SUPPORT & SPECIAL PROJECTS * Support Operations Managers and leadership with special projects and operational tasks * Assist with job site preparation, logistics coordination, and operational requests * Provide flexible support across warehouse, operations, and facility functions as business needs evolve QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, or operational support experience preferred * Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record * Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions * Strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills * Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Forklift experience or certification preferred * Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred * Experience within construction, pool industry, home services, or related operational environments preferred * Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus * Basic building maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Warehouse organization and inventory handling * Attention to detail and operational accuracy * Time management and multitasking * Communication and teamwork * Safety awareness and compliance * Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving * Dependability and accountability * Flexibility in fast-paced operational environments WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive compensation package * 9 paid holidays * Paid vacation and sick time * Employer-matched 401(k) * Employer-paid life insurance * Optional supplemental life insurance * Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
