Fuse Specialty Appliances is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires a blend of technical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet organizational goals and exceed customer expectations.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and record inventory movements.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments according to order specifications.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Organize and store received goods in designated locations.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Train and educate warehouse staff on proper safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

  11:00 am - 7:30 pm
