Description The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting production by ensuring materials, supplies, and inventory are received, organized, tracked, and delivered to the production floor in a timely manner. This position plays an important role in keeping production running smoothly and helping ensure customer orders are completed on time. Job Duties Pull and deliver stock, materials, and supplies to the production floor in a timely manner. Receive new inventory and verify items against packing slips, purchase orders, or receiving documents. Properly label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or receiving issues to management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area. Follow FIFO practices when pulling and storing inventory. Help ensure materials are available to production as needed to support on-time order completion. Use warehouse equipment and tools safely and properly. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Requirements Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Cycle counting or inventory control experience preferred. Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed. Strong attention to detail when receiving, counting, labeling, and pulling inventory. Must have good attendance and be dependable. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
