Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, reliable, and responsible Warehouse Associate for a full-time day shift position. This role is to work as a valued member of the shipping/receiving department. What we offer: Competitive Compensation: $16-$20 per hour based on experience. Main responsibilities of the position include: Pick and palletize customer orders Loading and unloading trucks with forklift Transport products with forklift to designated areas Properly and accurately stage orders for next day HOH truck deliveries Verify finished goods inventory quantity through weekly cycle counts Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment Requirements Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), and Drug Screening Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must currently be 18 years of age Required to use forklift and pallet jack (Forklift Certification Provided) Reliable form of transportation Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, and hear. You will constantly use your hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, you will need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and walk. The employee must occasionally lift over 50 lbs. and/or move up to 500 pounds with proper equipment. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in Warehouse role would be preferred

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Specialist will pick and palletize customer orders, load and unload trucks using a forklift, and transport products to designated areas. They will also verify inventory quantities and maintain a clean work environment.
