We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support our construction and service teams by keeping parts, tools, and materials organized, stocked, and moving efficiently to job sites across the East Texas area. Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Weekly Pay Full Benefits Package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term & long-term disability 401(k) with company match (contribute 6%, get 4%) Paid Time Off: PTO increases with experience Immediate eligibility for up to 20 days (based on industry experience) Paid holidays Stability: Long-standing company with steady, year-round work Growth: Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company continues to expand Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Occasional overtime as needed What You’ll Do Pull, stage, and load parts, tools, and materials for HVAC construction projects and service calls Load delivery trucks accurately for daily job site deliveries Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts Make local deliveries using company vehicles as needed Communicate with field crews to ensure jobs are properly supplied What We’re Looking For Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record Prior warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction preferred) Prior manager experience a plus Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Experience handling materials, freight, and job-site supplies Ability to lift 50–75 lbs Inventory or cycle count experience is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus (not required) About East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) has been a trusted name in residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration services in Longview and the surrounding East Texas area for decades.
