REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in a materials handling or warehouse logistics role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working in a regulated medical device industry
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb stairs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in processing international shipments
  • Experience in or supporting a procurement role
  • Experience working in a controlled environment
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of basic measurement and inspection methods

Responsibilities
  • Manage receipt of inbound materials including verifying contents and their condition and delivering to their designated locations.
  • Assist personnel responsible for incoming inspection to ensure that materials are processed in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Enter inventory movements in the ERP system in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Oversee yearly inventory count audit and perform ongoing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor expiration dates of raw materials, working with procurement or engineering team to replenish as needed.
  • Perform packing, generation of shipping documents, including commercial invoices for international shipments, per customer or internal specifications. Schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of product to customers.
  • Manages shipping/receiving quarantine cage for non-conforming products and coordinated with QC on material disposition.
  • Support and assist the quality department incoming and finished goods inspection process as needed.
  • Support procurement by following up on status of expected orders and documenting changes to delivery dates as required. Cross-train as a backup for procurement as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
