Role Overview
Eastman Kodak is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Specialist with a strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and cycle count accuracy. Expert in efficiently receiving, organizing, and shipping materials while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Proven experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
A key responsibility in this role is maintaining inventory integrity: performing regular Cycle Counts, investigating variances, and ensuring stock levels are accurate to support operational flow and audit readiness. The successful candidate will be known for consistently delivering inventory accuracy above 99%, minimizing losses, and improving inventory control procedures.
This position offers a clear path for professional growth, with the opportunity to assume the role of Team Leader for those who demonstrate initiative, leadership, and excellence in performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Solid knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and support team leadership efforts.
  • Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Highly reliable, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Proven ability to support training initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
  • Perform cyclical counts and periodic inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies and ensure proper storage.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders according to shipping schedules and customer requirements.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with other departments.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Support warehouse cleanliness, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
  • Assist in training new warehouse staff and promote best practices in operations.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and inventory control.
