We offer a powerful combination of flexible warehouse suites, offices, and on-site logistics support that empower entrepreneurs to scale with confidence What You’ll Do As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day. Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market. Responsibilities Fulfillment & Logistics Support Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items. Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting. Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed. Building & Facilities Open and close the building following operational checklists. Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces. Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers. Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues. Member Support Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep. Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help. Triage member service requests and escalate when needed. Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience. Comfortable using tools like Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks. Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory. Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
