Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Warehouse Control​ – Managing receipt, dispatch, and stocktaking of main units / parts; monitoring operational compliance and conducting physical‑to‑book stock verifications.
  • Branch Compliance & Management​ – Disseminating and implementing company regulations and compliance requirements, conducting self‑inspections, maintaining 6S onsite management, and performing asset inventory as well as facility inspection and repair reporting.
  • Branch Operations​ – Handling lease agreement execution, expense budgeting, expenditure control, and document collation & reimbursement.
  • Reception of customers and external parties, coordinate with landlords and partners

Specific requirements:

  • Comply with management systems, responsible for warehouse inbound/outbound, inventory management, and implementation of material management regulations. Timely operate the WMS system for goods inbound and outbound. Ensure timely, complete, and accurate registration of inventory warehouse accounts, sequential registration, regular compilation of inventory in-out storage reports.
  • Perform regular or irregular checks on stock inbound, outbound and closing quantity as required. Clear accounts are required with clear identification; ensure physical parts moving status same as system parts status, regular reconciliation and stocktaking.
  • Strictly implement the process and requirements for receiving and dispatching stocks correctly; timely handle procedures such as raw material inbound, production materials pick-up, inbound after job completion, sales outbound, creating orders for other types of stock inbound and outbound; receiving materials; signing procedures.
  • Manage inventory, including sorting codes for inventory placement, organization, identification, and inbound/outbound scheduling according to 6S requirements. Familiarity with inventory characteristics is required for classification management, reasonable placement for logistics and safety is required.
  • Strictly implement the rules and regulations on the access of goods and personnel to ensure accurate warehouse inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • LF forklift licence required.
  • Above 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • SAP and other ERP system user experience is preferred.
