ABOUT THIS POSITION

Professional Analysis, Inc. is currently soliciting applications for the position of Warehouse Specialist Supervisor, located in the Cherry Point, North Carolina area to serve on our Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Contract contingent on award.

The Warehouse Specialist Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the overall storage and distribution operation at Cherry Point, NC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct employees engaged in receiving, storing, issue, shipment and distribution of a variety of bin and bulk materials, equipment, and commodities using automated and manual material moving equipment, devices, and systems.
  • Plan the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on projected workload on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences IAW general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Site Manager and/or Alternate Site Manager.
  • Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work.

Required:

  • Experience shall include a minimum three (3) years of experience in transportation using WMS or equivalent automated WMS within the past five (5) years.
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance
