Job Title: Warehouse Specialist **Key Responsibilities:** · Assist operations of DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards. · Follow and enforce quality assurance protocols. · Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. · Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews. · Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding. · Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control. · Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources. · Continuously optimize collection models and processes. · Coordinate with internal teams and external partners. · Handle daily operations and emergency responses. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required. · Minimum 0.5 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences. · Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. · Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
