JOB SUMMARY

Liquidation Max Inc. is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Warehouse & Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with auction pickups and inventory management.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as unloading and restocking
• Comfortable using basic technology (e.g., Google Sheets, POS systems)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

SCHEDULE:

Full time: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 6 pm
Part-Time: Wednesday half day, Thursday full day (10 to 14 hours maximum per week)
Currently we are looking for a part-time employee only, with a potential to be switched to full time later.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments accurately using our POS system
• Handle auction order pickups (orders are pre-prepared; follow Google Sheets for customer instructions)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
• Unload weekly shipments (approx. 5 pallets) from company truck
• Restock store inventory daily
• Support the team with other general store and warehouse tasks as needed
