ABOUT THE POSITION:

Ready to roll up your sleeves, put safety first, and have fun while you’re at it? We’re looking for a DC Team Member who’s excited to keep operations flowing smoothly—think picking, unloading, loading, and everything in between!

  • Transfer products to the correct storage areas following our procedures.
  • Pick stock for picking lanes according to established guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle counts to keep our stock records accurate.
  • Tackle additional tasks (receiving, returns, dispatch) as assigned by Supervisors or Managers.
  • Build positive connections with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Embrace teamwork to hit shared targets and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Continuously improve procedures for optimal efficiency in everything you do.
  • Keep the DC clean and report any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the DC Manager promptly.
  • Follow all safety guidelines when moving products; your health and others’ come first.
  • Stick to WH&S rules and make sure everyone onsite follows relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs).
  • Help implement training and processes that minimise incidents and injuries.
  • Receive and process incoming items into the warehouse, sticking to company protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • LF & LO licenses preferred.
  • You’ve got warehouse experience under your belt (appliances, furniture, bulky items a plus).
  • Skilled in safe manual handling and always looking out for your team.
  • You stay on top of tasks and maintain high standards.
  • A positive attitude, great communication skills, and willingness to help others are must-haves.
