Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Brunswick West, Victoria. This casual full-time hours role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our retail warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a well-organised workspace, contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and process online and in-store orders.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and accurate stock and inventory systems.
  • Assist with stocktakes, replenishment, and unpacking deliveries/containers.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks using SAP Business One and internal systems.
  • Support the repair team with basic RMA job creation.
  • General warehouse upkeep and occasional retail floor support.
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed by the Warehouse or Repairs team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable lifting stock and working on your feet.
  • Willingness to learn systems like SAP Business One.
  • Able to work well independently and within a small team.
  • Previous warehouse or customer service/admin experience is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
