In this dynamic environment, you'll put your physical strength to good use, loading, unloading, and managing stock across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the storage and movement of rental and retail equipment across multiple locations. Maintain clear communication and assist the Rental department in determining the stock needs of each location, and ensure that all locations are stocked. Carry out our extensive stocktake of equipment as required. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Assist in shipping, receiving, and unloading of delivery trucks. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Work as a team and assist other departments when required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Assist the rental teams with in-store gear restocks and returns. What you need to succeed: Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably in a ski rental or outdoor recreation environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of ski & snowboard equipment and fitting procedures. Knowledge of health and safety regulations a plus Ability to stand for extended periods. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
