In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Warehouse/Storekeeper Coordinator. A Warehouse Coordinator is a central figure in logistics, responsible for overseeing the daily flow of goods and ensuring operational efficiency within a distribution center or warehouse. Responsibilities Manage the stock levels of the hotel's products, including but not limited to food and beverage items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Coordinate with the hotel's purchasing department to maintain appropriate levels of inventory and ensure that products are ordered in a timely manner. Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that they meet the hotel's quality standards. Plan, organize and execute product deliveries to all hotel’s departments. Prepare and maintain accurate records delivery schedules, and product usage. Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe due to health regulations. Conduct monthly inventories At least 2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality field. Computer literacy. Ability to use pallet trucks. English communication skills Responsibility and consistency. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Multitasking and great time management. Ability to work collaboratively with other employees and departments. Heavy duty lifting skills and ability.
