We're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Stores Team Leader to lead our stores operation at our Salisbury workshop.

We are seeking someone that has the ability to lead, coach and support a team while delivering safe, efficient and accurate outcomes.

As Warehouse & Stores Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Storepersons
• Oversee daily warehouse and stores operations including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure warehouse compliance standards are maintained
• Allocate daily work and support team performance
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies
• Coordinate cycle counts and stocktake activities
• Support production by ensuring materials are available when required
• Conduct toolbox talks, performance conversations and team meetings
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
• Build strong working relationships across Production, Procurement and Distribution teams
• What We're Looking For:Previous leadership or supervisory experience within warehousing, stores, logistics, manufacturing or a similar environment
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
• A commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm

Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay Rates

We have a structured Skill Level System ranging from Level 1 to Level 6, offering growth opportunities as you develop your craft. 

Higher skill levels come with increased pay rates as you progress in your role.

Our rates of pay range from $31.75 to $35.60 per hour for Team Leaders, plus additional allowances up to $185 per week
