Let’s take a closer look at the role Job Description TA Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, inventory control, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment. Days and Shift Information • 1st | Monday–Friday | • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed Key Responsibilities • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards • Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance • Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs • Coordinate and communicate daily workload with team members and departments Work Environment • Fast-paced, warehouse environment • Physical activity required, including lifting up to 33 lbs. • Must be able to work in a demanding and dynamic setting Qualifications Education •High school diploma or equivalent required Experience • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices • Proficient in warehouse management systems; Oracle and/or ASC experience preferred Personality Traits • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities • Detail-oriented and results-driven • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Additional Information • Hourly Rate: $21.20/hour + $3 Shift Differential • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year • Two weeks’ vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability • Other benefits include Doc-On-Demand, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Volunteer Day, Employee Assistance Program All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
