Your responsibilities include: * Various warehouse tasks to support all sales distribution points * Training, appraising, and supervising warehouse employees * Managing day-to-day operations (reviewing daily productivity reports, participating in department interviews, training new employees, employee relations discussions, terminations, creating cost budgets and profitability within the department, and receiving, organizing, picking, packing, stocking, and shipping items sold by Acme Tools) * Planning and coordinating schedules for Warehouse Associates to optimize productivity and ensure goals are being met * Managing and driving positive customer experiences * Ensuring Warehouse Associates are being held accountable for the quality of their work * Ensuring packages are received and stocked in a timely manner * Helping maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure accessibility and safety * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity * Helping perform all duties of a Warehouse Associate * Completing related tasks as assigned     Qualifications: * A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software * To be willing and able to work on powered equipment (e.g., forklift) * 5+ years of warehouse operations and/or leadership experience * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time * Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach * Ability to climb and descend stairs safely   Love-to-Haves: * Previous forklift experience * Customer service skills About Acme Tools For over 75 years, Acme Tools has been a trusted source for tools and equipment throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and online by serving contractors, woodworkers, and DIY enthusiasts top-quality tools from the best brands.
