The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for the timely and efficient completion of all operational activities for the assigned shift in a productive and safe manner. The individual will be responsible for the planning, organizing, supervision, and effective scheduling of operations (labour resources and activities) to meet daily needs.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities, with experience in supervising, coaching and supporting team members
• Highly adaptable and effective in diverse, fast-paced environments
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment operations
• Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
