Position: Warehouse Supervisor (Afternoon shift) Reports to: Warehouse Manager We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehouse team! Our Warehouse Supervisor will directly oversee a team of 10 hourly employees in a very busy and rapidly growing temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all our finished goods processes, including order picking and shipping. This involves taking ownership of these processes and leading improvement projects. It also includes meeting warehouse targets through management and accountability of hourly employees and will ensure compliance with safety, quality, policies, and procedures.
