At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 - $88,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for supervision of receiving, storage, internal / external transportation of batch related, miscellaneous, and other materials, and maintenance of GMP compliant warehouse.
  • Supervise the daily operations across all shifts including performance, attendance, and merit evaluations.
  • Lead Lean Enterprise efforts in areas of responsibility.
  • Interact with plant management on operating issues relative to transportation, material handling, and inventory control that impact plant operations.
  • Commit to employee feedback and developmental processes.
  • Adhere to corporate trade compliance regarding import / export and security.
  • Maintain department schedules, which support production without delays.
  • Plan and coordinate efficient transfer of materials and finished products to and from production and warehouse areas.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control procedures and documentation for all raw materials and production supplies and finished product produced, stored, and shipped from the plant.
  • Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, regulatory requirements, equipment, policies, and procedures, including any department specific requirements.
  • Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities.
  • Support Corporate and Divisional Supply Chain objectives.
