Monitor inventory, schedule delivery of product, warehousing, and facility management. Work with manager to develop team. Assign duties to ensure proper maintenance of the building facilities and equipment. Monitor picking of orders and motivate team to increase productivity and provide training to improve rates and eliminate errors. Enter information into Warehouse Management System for review by management. Monitor employee compliance with company, vendor and regulatory requirements. .
