We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Leeds Regional Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to support warehouse leadership and oversee day-to-day operations.

• Supervise the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Lead the Material Placement team and support the RDC Warehouse Manager.
• Take full responsibility for the RDC and Hartlepool warehouses in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, inventory control, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners to meet operational targets.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and develop reports, KPIs, and records.
• Support continuous improvement through review and implementation of warehouse processes.
